  2. Knowledge Translation Planning: identifying the decision makers – government, industry or community – and what work needs to be done to support evidence-based decision making.

  3. Technical Design: land use planning, community-based monitoring, literature review, technical review, position papers, technical briefing note service.

  4. Government Relations Plan: government relations plan, public relations plan, news media monitoring and briefing note service, informed by legal strategy.

  5. Industry Relations Plan: Develop staff and guidance documents, templates for agreement tracking and relationship management.

  6. Climate Change Adaptation Plan: Develop community-specific adaptation plans.

  7. Capacity building: Community workshops, staff development in monitoring and government and industry relations.

  8. Execution support: we believe in building the community capacity for each Nation or Community to execute their strategic plans. When required, we can help support the community on a short term basis when there are staffing gaps.
